growie
Reviews

The only honest way to get more reviews is to ask.

So Growie asks your own customers, by email. They write it themselves.

How Growie picks the list
  • In your book, with an email, not unsubscribed.
  • Then most recent, most often first — an order, not a cut-off.
  • By email — the WhatsApp review ask is not live.

  • The rule Growie applies:Anyone asked in the last 30 days, or who already clicked a previous ask, is left out.
What actually happens

They write it. You release the reply.

The short list

What Growie will never do.

Reviews are only worth having if none of this happened.

  • Buy, invent or post a review.
  • Screen for the ones we expect to be kind.
  • Nag: one ask, one reminder at most, then silence.
  • Send a public reply you have not read.
  • Trade a discount or a freebie for a review.
  • Hide, delete or flag what somebody wrote.

The awkward questions

Asked before anyone hires us.

Can Growie get a bad review removed?

No. It cannot delete, flag or hide one — whether a review stays up is Google's decision. Ours is to answer it well.

Does Growie only ask the people it expects to be kind?

No, and it cannot. Review gating breaks Google's own policy, and Growie has no field to keep an opinion like that in.

What if my Google profile is not connected?

Asking still works. Reading your reviews and posting a reply back need it — without the connection Growie hands you the reply to paste, and says so.

Where do the reviews Growie shows come from?

A live read of your own listing, under your permission, kept in no database of ours. A reply posts back only when Google confirms it.

Asking, the inbox and reply drafting are on the paid plan — see pricing.

By now you are probably asking

“Can Growie create or protect more than ₹9,999 of value for my business?”

Let’s find out.

  • No card to look
  • Nothing to install
  • About a minute
What the audit reads
What the next minute contains
  1. Your business

Growie reads your public Google listing. Nothing private.

  2. What it would do first

The work it would pick up, with the evidence behind each.

  3. What that could be worth

Estimated from your own numbers, never ours.

  4. Hire Growie

It starts on the business it has already read.

What Growie will and will not do
  • Answers on WhatsApp and your website chat — from facts you confirmed, not invented.
  • Drafts and asks. You set what it may do alone: Auto, Ask first, or Owner only.
  • Keep what Growie built for you, even if you cancel.
