Refund & Cancellation Policy

The short version

You can cancel or pause anytime, effective at the end of your billing period — no further charges and no fees. Subscriptions billed through Paddle (businesses listed outside India) auto-renew until you cancel — cancelling stops the next renewal. Plans billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay (businesses listed in India) renew automatically each month by UPI-Autopay until you cancel — cancelling stops the next debit. Whatever you decide, you keep everything we built for you. A payment already made for the current period is not refundable, except where the law requires.

And the free tier never costs anything — there is nothing to refund because there is nothing to charge.

No money-back guarantee — but no risk either

We don't offer a blanket money-back guarantee, because we take the risk off the table a different way: you see your full site free before you ever pay, you can cancel or pause any time, and cancelling always stops the next charge — on the Paddle route that means the auto-renewal ends with the current period, and on the India Razorpay UPI-Autopay route the auto-debit ends with the current period just the same. A payment already made for the current period is non-refundable, except where the law requires (see Your statutory rights below). You're never locked in, and you keep every asset whatever you decide.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep the service until then, and you are not charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum term.

Pause instead

If you would rather take a break than leave, email [email protected] and we will pause your subscription for you — there is no pause button in the console yet, so this one goes through us. Pausing takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you are not charged while paused, and you can resume whenever you are ready.

You keep every asset, no matter what

Refund or no refund, cancelled or paused: your verified site stays yours, your enquiries export as a CSV file, and your site and content are handed over on request. Leaving never costs you what was built while you were here.

How to cancel or pause

To cancel, use the Cancel button on Plan & billing in your console — it takes effect straight away at the gateway. To pause, or if you would rather we handled it, email [email protected] from your account email and tell us what you'd like. Either way we confirm in writing; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period and you won't be charged again (this stops the next auto-renewal on Paddle and the next UPI-Autopay debit on Razorpay). Where a refund is required by law, we initiate it through the provider that processed your payment — Paddle for subscriptions billed outside India, Razorpay for India — and your bank typically shows the credit within 5–10 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces rights the law already gives you. If you are in the EU or UK, for example, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases; consumer protections in your country apply in full. This policy adds to your legal rights — it never subtracts from them.

The free tier

The free tier costs nothing — ever. No card is collected, nothing is billed, and no refund is ever needed for it. Free means free.
