Terms of Service
Last updated July 10, 2026
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Techizta Services Private Limited, C119, Eastern Business District, Bhandup West, Mumbai 400078, Maharashtra, India ("Growie", "we"). By using growie.ai, techizta.com, app.techizta.com, or any site or service we power, you agree to them. If you are using Growie on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for that business.
We have written these terms to be read, not skimmed past. They say what we actually do.
What Growie is
Growie builds and runs the public face of your business online. The free tier shows you a real, working one-page website built live from your own public Google Business Profile.
Growie, our paid plan, is a growth software subscription: a website you own, a lead inbox where every enquiry from your site is captured and routed to you, a review engine that invites your real customers to share their honest experience, and a reporting console that counts results against where you started. Concierge onboarding and hands-on management by our team are included — we do the work, and you see the proof.
The free tier — free means free
Seeing your site is free: no card, no obligation, no hidden catch. Creating an account unlocks the full site. Once you have claimed your business and verified ownership, the site is yours to keep — whether or not you ever pay us.
If you leave, your enquiries export as a CSV file, and your verified site and content stay yours and we'll hand them over on request. No charge applies to any of this, and no card is ever requested for it.
Accounts
You need a working email address to hold an account. Keep your login codes to yourself; you are responsible for activity under your account. If you think someone else has access, tell us at [email protected] and we will help.
Claiming a business and proving it's yours
Claiming a business creates a pending request — it grants nothing by itself. Ownership goes to the first person who verifies it: by entering a code sent to an email address at the business's own website domain, or through a hands-on check by our team for businesses without a domain. Only one verified owner can exist per listing, and verification is first-verified-wins.
We may reject a claim, or release a previously granted verification, if we have good reason to believe it was made by someone without authority over the business — for example, on evidence of fraud or mistake. A verified owner is never displaced by someone else's pending claim, and a pending claimant can never see a verified owner's enquiries.
Google content and attribution
The profile data on your preview and site — reviews, photos, hours, rating — comes from your own public Google Business Profile, fetched live from Google when the page renders. We display Google attribution wherever that content appears, as Google's terms require. We do not store Google's content; we store only your listing's place ID.
Reviews belong to their authors and to Google. Your business content belongs to you.
Acceptable use
Do not claim a business that is not yours or that you are not authorized to manage. Do not use the service to break the law, mislead consumers, or send spam. Do not probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service. Do not impersonate anyone.
If you receive customer enquiries through Growie, use those details only to respond to the person who reached out, and handle them in line with applicable privacy law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
No guaranteed outcomes — honest by design
We do not promise search rankings, a number of enquiries, a number of customers, revenue, or placement in any AI-generated answer. Nobody can honestly promise those things, so we do not.
What we do instead: we do the work, and we report counted outcomes — enquiries captured, reviews gained, your rating — measured against where you started, and deliberately under-counted so the proof stays honest. Our reporting shows what happened. It is not a forecast, and it is not a commitment about the future.
Subscriptions and billing
Growie is sold in India today. The checkout always tells you which route applies — and the exact amount — before anything is charged.
If your business is listed outside India, we are not open in your market yet: the checkout says so and declines rather than charging you, and no subscription is created. When we do open a market outside India, subscriptions there will be processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record and billed in US dollars, auto-renewing at the end of each billing period until cancelled, with the renewal price and date shown before you subscribe and a receipt emailed for every charge; if your card is not denominated in US dollars, your bank applies its exchange rate and may add an international transaction fee. We will not bill you on that route until it is live and you have approved it at checkout.
Businesses listed in India: you are billed in Indian rupees through Razorpay Subscriptions with a UPI-Autopay mandate you approve at checkout. Your first month is charged when you subscribe, and the same amount is then auto-debited each month until you cancel. The amount and the monthly schedule are shown to you before you approve the mandate, Razorpay notifies you ahead of each debit, and you can cancel any time from your console — cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not debited again. If a monthly debit fails, access pauses until it is settled; your website and your customer book always stay yours.
On every route you can cancel or pause at any time; cancellation or pause takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made are not refundable except where the law requires — but you are never locked in: cancel any time and everything we build stays yours. See our Cancellation Policy.
We will give you advance notice of any price change, and it will apply no earlier than your next renewal.
Payment processing
Growie is sold in India today, and Razorpay runs that checkout.
If your business is listed outside India, there is nothing to process yet — the checkout tells you we are not open in your market and declines rather than charging you. When we do open a market outside India, Paddle.com will act as Merchant of Record on that route: Paddle would be the seller of record for your transaction, you would enter your payment details in Paddle's secure checkout under Paddle's own terms and privacy policy, Paddle would handle billing inquiries and refunds for the orders it processes, and subscriptions on that route auto-renew until you cancel.
In India, subscriptions are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, India) through a secure checkout embedded on our site, as recurring UPI-Autopay mandates that auto-debit monthly until you cancel. As a US-dollar fallback elsewhere, if Paddle is unavailable, Razorpay may instead process a one-time charge for the period.
With either provider we never see or store your card number; we receive only the payment confirmation, the amount, and a payment reference, which we keep as the billing record.
Your content and your exit
You own your business content. You grant us only the limited licence we need to host and display it in order to run your site and the service — nothing more.
If you cancel or leave, the verified site remains yours, and your enquiries export as a CSV file, and your verified site and its content remain yours — we'll hand them over on request. We do not hold your business hostage.
Termination
You can stop using Growie at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable. Whatever ends the relationship, the ownership and export promises in these terms still hold.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Content fetched live from Google depends on Google's services being available, which is outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. If you have paid nothing (the free tier), our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law allows.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — for example, liability for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of India. If mandatory consumer law where you live gives you additional rights, those rights are unaffected.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the effective date at the top will change when we do. For material changes we will give notice — for example by email or in your console — before they apply. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.
