A time offered. A seat held. You decide.
Growie offers only the times you actually have free, holds the seat, and waits for you.

Priya: “Anything on Saturday?”
Tap a time that works:
- Sat 11:00 am — the one they tapped
- Sat 12:30 pm
- Sat 4:00 pm
Held for you — the skin clinic will confirm shortly.

Where these times come from
- Your own hours, day by day. A day you black out is not offered.
- Half-hour slots by default; nothing runs past closing.
- Nothing inside the next two hours, unless you widen the lead time.
- Two weeks ahead, then nothing.
- A long booking blocks every start it covers.
A request holds the seat. You decide what it becomes.
| Where it stands | What happens |
|---|---|
| Requested | Held, and offered to nobody else. They have the time in writing. |
| Confirmed | You tap confirm. Growie tells them on WhatsApp — or says why it could not. |
| Declined or cancelled | Back on offer. They get a note asking for another day. |
| Completed | The visit lands in your customer book. Growie messages nobody. |
| No-show | The past slot stays taken. Nobody is messaged, and Growie says so. |
Two reminders, and a reply that moves the booking.
One a day before, one a couple of hours before, on WhatsApp.
- Both go out without waiting for you. Money and offers still wait.
- They need your WhatsApp connected and a number on the record.
- Each goes once — a retry cannot send it twice.
- A send that fails shows on the booking, not as silence.
- Anyone who asked you to stop is skipped.
Hi Priya — your appointment is tomorrow, Saturday 11:00 am.
Priya: “Can I move it to the afternoon?”
Of course — tap what suits you:
- Sat 2:00 pm
- Sat 3:30 pm
- Sat 5:00 pm
Moved to Sat 3:30 pm — the skin clinic will confirm shortly.
The old slot frees, and both reminders re-arm for the new time.
The empty Tuesday is the expensive one.
Growie finds who is due back, writes the note, and shows you the list first.
A short win-back from your own facts, by email, waiting for your word.
The slot stays spent and no visit is counted. Nobody is messaged.
The limits on all three
- Only customers you added yourself, or who opted in.
- No invented discount — an offer is your words.
- Fifty people a campaign, re-checked as it sends.
- Nobody is written to twice across two rails.
- Approve twenty win-backs unchanged and Growie offers to send them itself — revocable.
Win-backs go by email. Growie works in text: WhatsApp and website chat, where you connect them.
A dial you set. Never a default.
- A new customer: off, in every trade Growie knows.
- A returning customer at a clinic or salon: offered.
- Required: nowhere.
How off is enforced
- Off is checked again when the request would go out, not merely stored.
- Anything that asks a customer for money.
- Any offer or campaign, until you have earned auto-send for win-backs.
- Any reply to a public review.
Ask Growie to lower one and it refuses, in words, with the reason.
