A price that is not in your facts never sends. It becomes “let me get someone from the team.” That check is a rule in the code, not an instruction to the model.
Is that fair to ChatGPT?

- It knows what you tell it. Growie is connected to your own services, prices, hours, customers and enquiries, and reads them before it answers.
- Customer memory
- A general assistant can remember things you have told it; a customer's visits, messages and history are still yours to bring. Growie keeps one record per customer and reads it before it writes anything.

- You paste the enquiry in yourself. Growie watches new enquiries on the channels you have connected, and tells you the ones worth your attention.
